Day 2: Medina and cooking class in Fez

This morning, your local guide will make you discover the treasures of Fez, the oldest of the imperial cities of Morocco, once the cultural and spiritual center of the country. From its past influence, the city has preserved a very rich heritage concentrated in its legendary medina, the largest in the world, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will then find your chef, who takes you to the surrounding markets to familiarize yourself with local products before you cook them and taste them on a terrace overlooking the city.

Day 3: Discovering Moroccan wine

After breakfast, you take the direction of Meknes, the second imperial city of the country, also known as the capital of the main wine producing region of Morocco. You visit a famous wine estate and participate in a wine tasting before enjoying a gourmet lunch. You leave this little haven of peace to reach Meknes, where you can stroll through the medina and contemplate the impressive and legendary Bab El Mansour gate.

Day 4: On the way to the capital


This morning, the road which leads you to Rabat partly crosses the vast fertile plain of Saïs, the Oued Beht valley and runs along the Maâmora forest massif, one of the largest cork oak forests in the world. Arrived in the capital of Morocco and third imperial city, take advantage of your free time to visit the city and discover the emblematic Hassan tower, the sublime 12th century kasbah of the Oudayas, as well as the mausoleum of Mohammed V.

Day 5: Marrakech, the ocher city

Today, you join the magical Marrakech, the last imperial city of your Moroccan getaway. On the way, you can stop in Casablanca, the white city, to freely visit the Hassan II mosque and stroll on its mythical ledge which borders the Atlantic.

Day 6: Marrakech and cooking workshop


This start of the free day is an opportunity to explore the alleys of Marrakech and discover its treasures: the legendary Jemaa el Fna square, the famous Dar El Bacha Confluence museum, the sumptuous Palais Bahia, the enchanting Majorelle garden, the emblematic medina and its souks, the Koutoubia mosque ... At the end of the afternoon, meet in one of the most prestigious riads in the city for a new cooking workshop. You make a Moroccan starter and main dish there before enjoying them during a convivial dinner.

Day 7: Saffron flavors in Ourika

This morning, you will return to the sumptuous and green Ourika Valley, dotted with authentic Berber villages. You make a stopover in an organic saffron which gives you the secrets of this red gold as well as essential oils of citrus and aromatic plants. A lunch will delight your taste buds with the taste of this exceptional spice. You then return to an argan oil manufacturing cooperative to discover its extraction and production methods.
