Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our sole discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. We accept payment methods as specified on our Site.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total price
• 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total price
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total price (no refund)

Customized tours may have different cancellation policies that will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Modifications

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travel Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and travel insurance. Kooko Morocco Tours is not responsible for issues arising from inadequate documentation.

Health and Safety

You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward other travelers, guides, staff, and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour if your behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous.

Our Responsibilities and Limitations

Service Provision

We strive to provide high-quality services and accurate descriptions of our tours. However, we act as an agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, etc.) and are not liable for their acts or omissions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kooko Morocco Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
• Accidents, injuries, illness, or death
• Loss, damage, or delay of luggage
• Force majeure, natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism
• Tour changes or cancellations by suppliers
• Flight, train, or other transportation delays or cancellations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kooko Morocco Tours from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Kooko Morocco Tours or its licensors and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws.
