First day: Marrakech - Aït-ben-Haddou - Ouarzazate - Les gorges du Dadès
After we have picked you up from your hotel (or the airport) you will leave for Ouarzazate. On the way, you will pass by the Tizi-N-Tichka pass, a road that passes through the Middle Atlas at 2260 meters in height.
On the way, you will come across the kasbah of Aït-ben-Haddou, an incredible fortified city which dates back over 800 years. This is where films like Gladiator or Kingdom of Heaven were filmed.
After the visit, we will take the "thousand kasbahs" route to Skoura, where you will stop in the surprising Kasbah of Amredhyl. From here, we will go to Kelaat M'Gouna, the capital of the Valley of the Roses, to reach the Dades Gorges, where you will be accommodated.
Second day: The Gorges of Dedès - The Gorges of Todra - Merzouga
After breakfast, we will set off for the Dades Valley and you will cross the Todra Gorges, where you can stay until lunch.
After gaining strength, you will go to Merzouga by crossing the Palmeraie de Jorf (where the best dates in the country are cultivated) and Arfoud, a pretty village known for its fragments of fossils.
Once in Merzouga, we will leave the 4x4 to enter the desert by camel to the camp where you will spend the night. Here, in the silence of the desert, we will enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal.
Third day: Merzouga - Rissani- Ifran – Fes
After seeing an incredible sunrise in the desert, you will again ride your camels to shower and breakfast in a hotel (depending on the type of camp, breakfast and shower can be taken before the ride to camel back).
After a good breakfast, we will head to Rissani, the ancient capital of the Alawi sultans. We will continue the road through the Ziz valley and the Middle Atlas to Ifrane, whose natural landscapes have earned it the nickname "Moroccan Switzerland".
We will arrive in Fez around 6:00 p.m.
